These terms govern your use of the KHMER MART marketplace app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Sellers may be required to complete KYC verification.

2. Acceptable Use

No illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
No harassment, fraud, or platform abuse.
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Communications & Off‑Platform Transactions

KHMER MART does not provide in‑app payments, shipping, or escrow services. The app helps you discover stores and contact them directly via Facebook/Telegram. Any transactions occur off‑platform between you and the store. KHMER MART is not a party to those transactions and does not handle returns or refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

Content on KHMER MART is protected by IP laws. Do not copy, scrape, or misuse content without permission.

5. Warranty & Liability

KHMER MART provides the app "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Because we do not provide payments or delivery services, we are not liable for off‑platform transactions, including issues with pricing, product quality, or shipping.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Cambodia unless otherwise specified. Disputes will be handled via the app’s support channels and designated processes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Please review periodically.
